Jesus Marmolejos is an accomplished police officer with a diverse background in law enforcement and business leadership. His experience spans all facets of crime investigation, including murder, sexual assault, robbery, and home invasions, where he has honed skills in critical decision-making, real-time problem-solving, and crisis management. In parallel, prior to becoming a police officer he worked in a major retail establishment as a member of management, leading teams and implementing effective strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Now, as a co-founder of Vital Health Enterprises, a tech startup focused on innovative solutions in healthcare, Jesus is channeling his leadership and problem-solving abilities into the tech space. With a passion for leveraging technology to address real-world challenges, he aims to create impactful and scalable solutions. His unique combination of law enforcement and business acumen positions him to lead his team toward success in this new venture.

Lucas Reis is a seasoned leader with expertise in security, law enforcement, and military operations. A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant, he brings strong leadership, training, and operationalbe efficiency to Vital Health.

With a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and ongoing studies in Computer Science, Lucas combines real-world experience with analytical and problem-solving skills, making him a valuable asset in cybersecurity, risk management, and operational strategy.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and proficient in Spanish, he enhances Vital Health global reach and adaptability. His background in investigative techniques and security aligns with our mission to ensure safety, compliance, and innovation in healthcare technology.

With extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software development, Jodi specializes in designing scalable, secure cloud solutions and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. Jodi is passionate about continuous learning, constantly expanding his knowledge to drive innovation and mentor and teach teams effectively. Jodi’s expertise includes automating infrastructure as code, managing complex cloud environments, creating software and delivering high-impact technical solutions.
